We hope you will love and enjoy your pieces and that they find use in your home. However if you would like to return or exchange an item please write to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days of purchase and we'll send you details on how to proceed.
If more than 28 days have passed since your purchase we unfortunately are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Once your package reaches us and is accepted please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
We ask that items are returned to us in the same condition in which they were received; unused and in a re-sellable sate with any labels fully intact. Please ensure they are well wrapped and packed to avoid damage in transit.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us. We suggest that you retain proof of postage and/ or use a signed/ trackable delivery service.
Please note we do not cover or refund postage costs on returns unless item arrived faulty or damaged.
D A M A G E D / F A U L T Y I T E M
Should you receive a faulty or damaged item please write to us as soon as possible at: email@example.com and include a picture of your damaged good(s). We can either resend the items or issue a refund.
When returning your item to us we ask that you retain proof of postage and use a tracked or signed for service. We will reimburse your postage costs if the item we sent you was faulty or damaged.
We will send confirmation once the items have been received. Refunds will be processed once the product has arrived back to us and can take up to 7 days to reach your account.

If you change your mind or need to amend your order please let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, orders that have already been processed may not be able to be cancelled or adjusted.
